Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Product Care & First-Time Use

Before you wear your new hairpiece, we recommend giving it a gentle shake to loosen the fibers and create a more natural look. For wigs, you can also try it on and adjust the straps for a secure fit.

Human hair extensions and wigs can sometimes be dry or stiff from packaging. Lightly misting the hair with a spray bottle of water or a detangling spray can make it easier to style and manage. You can then gently brush or comb the hair, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.

It’s common for hairpieces to get a little tangled during shipping. Don’t worry, this is normal and not a sign of damage. We recommend gently running your fingers through the hair or using a wide-tooth comb to loosen any tangles.

Sales Are Final with No Exceptions!

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

We process orders very quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, we can only cancel or make changes to an order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We take great care in packing our items, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. Please contact our Centerer support team immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work quickly to send you a replacement or resolve your issue.
